Quality from the start

The defined PDP, ‘Product Development Process’ (or ‘PEP’ in German), is seen by our clients as their guarantee that deadlines will be met as well as their assurance of quality. Every step in the development of our products is fully verifiable and documented. Every article is tested for its endurance in our test laboratories. Whether the saline spray mist test, the electromagnetic compatibility test (EMC test), the repeat function examination or the mechanical strain test in our measurement laboratory’s temperature controlled chamber, the smallest chances are detected even at a microscopic level. This is the job of high-speed cameras and further precision measuring instruments.

At no stage do we leave new projects to chance. Quality assurance techniques such as FMEA, QFD or statistical toleration are everyday practice for us in terms of development. An inter-disciplinary team assesses suggestions for improvement and acts as internal company consultants in matters to do with production, administration and environmental production.
